Underlying Causes
DCM programs are designed to help families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. But, our programs and services alone are not enough. There are many underlying causes of homelessness and poverty. DCM strives to make clients, supporters, and the wider community aware of these underlying causes and the actions they can take to address them.
