2024 Board of Directors
Decatur Cooperative Ministry’s Board of Directors is responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, raising DCM’s profile within the community, and so much more! Each member serves a 3-year term.
Afryca Lynch
Afryca Wagstaff Lynch is a Commercial Capabilities Manager with Coca Cola Bottling Company UNTIED (CCBCU) and has previous management experience with Target Corporation. In addition to being a Board Member with DCM, Afryca is a member of the Stone Mountain Lithonia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., volunteers with Daughters Against Alzheimer’s (Battle for the Brain Logistics Co Chair), and the Henry County Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Amma Williams
Amma Williams is the Chair of the Board and Principal/Owner at The Williams Insurance Group. Amma joined the board to aid the organization in providing resources to families who are experiencing homelessness. She is also a member of the Junior League of DeKalb County.
Amy Husseini
Amy Husseini is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Amy joined the board to make an impact in the community in which she resides and assist individuals find permanent housing.
Armond Reese
Armond Reese is the Treasurer of the Board and an Institutional Investment Advisor at Truist Ban k . Armond grew up in South DeKalb and wants to serve the community where he lived because it resonates with him. He believes no family should experience homelessness and will use his time on the board to aid in this mission.
Debra Adams
Debra Adams is a recent retiree from the CDC where she was a microbiologist. Debbie is a 25 year member of Shallowford Presbyterian Church and has been working with Marlene and DCM for several years.
Shawn Pack
Shawn Pack is the CFO for Heartland Media. She has over 20 years in the media space and was the former CFO for WABE. Shawn and her husband live in North Sandy Springs with their three dogs. She joined the board to help those facing homelessness through service and sharing of the blessings she has received.
Kay Stanley
Kay Stanley currently serves as Associate General Counsel of National Christian Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to inspire generosity and service. She is passionate about organizations that promote social justice and serving under resourced communities.
Dr. Kimberlee A. Woods, LMSW
Dr. Kimberlee A. Woods, LMSW is a Licensed Social Worker and Adjunct Professor. She is a native New Yorker and has resided in Georgia for over 20 years. Dr. Woods is a proud mother of 2 children and lives her life in servitude.
Niki ’ Morrow
Niki’ Morrow is a Grants Management Specialist with the CDC. She has over 10 years of professional experience working with other non profit organizations where she advocated for families and children to build safe and thriving lives. Niki' is a member of the Junior League of DeKalb County, where she currently serves on the executive board, and is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Dekalb National Council of Negro Women Section. She also mentors first generation college students at her alma mater.
Nora Polk
Nora Polk and her husband, Philip, have lived in DeKalb County for more than 20 years. They have two sons in college, Kobie (Hampton University) and Nile (Seton Hall University). Nora currently serves the citizens of DeKalb County as a supervising judge for the Magistrate Court. She has a passion for working with children and helping people live their dreams.
Patrick Freeman
Patrick Freeman, a native of Decatur, currently lives in Tucker with his wife Jeanne. They have four adult children who are scattered all over the globe. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at Brand Real Estate Services and is excited to serve on the DCM Board and volunteer in support of their work on behalf of the community.
Jen Fonde
Jen Fonde is currently an HR Specialist for Brand Real Estate Services. She manages all Human Resources activities for Brand and its related entities. Jen has a total of 14 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds a Certificate of HR Management from Villanova University and a PHR from HRCI. She is looking forward to the opportunity to serve on the board and making a positive impact in the community.
Earvin Hopkins
Earvin Hopkins is the Secretary of the Board of Directors. He is originally from out West and got his Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, Masters degree in Business Administration, & received his HR certification (PHR) in 2018. The intentionality of what HR really meant changed when he met his mentor in 2017 to a lifelong agreement of doing the Lord’s work & paying it forward. Homelessness and hunger outreach is a passion of his, and he is a long-term standing member of SHRM-Atlanta. He hopes to have a small footprint on changing the world for the better!
Sandra Rice
Sandra Rice is a recent retiree from the State of Georgia Dept. of Behavioral Health and Development Disabilities, where she worked in various roles supporting families with children/adults with IDD. She continues as an advocate for those needing support services. She believes families need permanent affordable housing and looks forward to working with DCM to assist families. She has been married for 40 years and has one son Sandra has called DeKalb County home for over 40 years. She is a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, a member of New Life Church in Decatur and also a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians.
Glen Victor
Glen Victor is an Information Security Manager. He has progressive knowledge in testing and securing networks and web applications to minimize risk and maximize efficiency for business owners. Glen has a passion for community service and lives in the Forsyth county area with his family.
